Soda water contains carbonic acid that produces its characteristics bubbles. In addition to several mineral micronutrients also contains traces of fat (with a residual presence and zero calories). The consumption of carbonated water is quite widespread in the countries of central Europe, although in the case of Spain, barely represents 10% of the bottled water that is marketed.
